An adoptable pumping station panel has to satisfy the water company that will own it, not just the developer who pays for it. We build to Sewers for Adoption, the Design and Construction Guidance that replaced it, and the specific amendments and deletions of United Utilities, Anglian Water and Severn Trent, and we supply the documentation the authority's engineer will ask for at handover.
What the authorities ask for
Each water company publishes its own variations: kiosk type and colour, telemetry outstation, hours run and ammeters, generator inlet, ultrasonic level control, specific labelling and drawing conventions. We keep these specifications on file and build to the current version. If you send us the adoption agreement or the authority's technical requirements we will confirm compliance before we quote.

- Kiosk-mounted control panel to the authority's specification, GRP kiosk supplied and fitted.
- Telemetry outstation wiring and volt-free signals to the authority's schedule.
- Level control by ultrasonic or radar head with float backup, as required.
- Generator inlet, heater, light and socket.
- Wiring diagrams, test certificate, declaration of conformity and O&M information for the handover pack.
