We are growing, and we are always interested in panel wirers, test engineers, controls designers and people who can look after customers. Living Wage employer, family-run, based in Stoke-on-Trent with an office in Milton Keynes.
No experience? Honestly, that is fine
We can teach you control panels. We cannot teach you to care.
Most people who join us have never wired a panel. Some have never held a screwdriver for a living. That has never been the problem. Everything technical, from reading a drawing to testing a finished panel, is learnable, and we are set up to teach it: you work alongside experienced engineers on a standard product, one step at a time, and you get good at it faster than you would think.
What we cannot teach is wanting to be here. The people who do well at G&G turn up, get stuck in, ask questions, own their mistakes and want to be better next month than they are now. Bring that and we will take care of the rest. Someone who knows it all but does not care is no use to anyone; someone who knows nothing yet and cares is exactly who we are looking for.
So if you are leaving sixth form or college, changing career, or just fancy making things that matter, do not rule yourself out because you have no experience. Tell us who you are and why you want to work. We will tell you the rest.

Inspecting, testing and certifying every panel before it leaves.

Drawings, PLC and HMI programming, platform design for OEM customers.
Sales and account management
Looking after the customers who order from us every month.
