Bringing volume production to control panels

Large quantities of panels used to mean long lead times. Our volume process delivers hundreds of identical panels quickly, at a fixed price, with every one documented.

Design once

We map your range and design one platform with option blocks that covers 80 to 90% of what you sell. Drawings are reviewed, fixed and versioned.

Kit and build

Components are bought against the fixed BOM and kitted per batch. Panels are built on a repeatable line by engineers who have built the same panel before.

Test, tag, ship

Every panel is tested to the same routine, given a serial number and shipped with its wiring diagram and test certificate. Stock can be held for call-off.
