Telemetrix - remote pump monitoring

Updated: Nov 6

A new standard has just been set in remote monitoring of pump panels - TELEMETRIX.

What is Telemetrix?

It's a standard dual pump control panel (float controlled, with high level alarm, duty changeover etc) with remote alerts built in. Here's the key benefits:

  • Email alerts to any quantity of contacts, with no subscription required

  • The same panel can connect via a broadband cable, or Wi-Fi, or a sim card

  • The same panel can be used with single phase 230V or three phase 400V (no neutral required for three phase)

  • Competitive pricing (see below for more details)

  • Remote access to the pump station to start and stop pumps, reset overloads etc - coming soon (this functionality will be added by an over-the-air update if required, and additional fees will apply)

Combining industrial switchgear with Cloud connectivity

This is not a PCB based panel - it still has contactors, overloads, pluggable relays and the much-loved Wago lever terminals which come with all of our pump control panels. And there's lots of added extras built in as standard too, such as:

  • Overload reset buttons

  • Internal panel light

  • Improved control philosophy (for example, if a pump is tripped then the other pump will stay as the duty pump rather than continuing to switch from duty to assist on each run)

The beauty of Telemetrix is its simplicity.

How much does it cost?

Telemetrix costs £899.00 + £11.50 delivery + VAT. There is no monthly subscription (except for the SIM card, if required). This includes all the standard functions of a dual pump panel - duty changeover, contactors & overloads, standard terminals, plus integrated telemetry. See photos below of what that looks like.
